We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager & IT Referent capable of combining strategic vision and operational ("hands-on") intervention in order to support the modernization of the information system and digital tools of a rapidly evolving structure. ### Your missions * Define and steer the digital transformation roadmap. * Support the modernization of the information system and business processes. * Finalize and optimize the adoption of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra ID, Intune). * Steer the analysis of needs and the deployment of a future ERP. * Develop or have developed tools and automations meeting business needs. * Promote the pragmatic use of AI in the organization's activities. * Supervise external IT partners and service providers. * Ensure the follow-up of subjects related to cybersecurity, data governance, and service continuity. * Support users through change and the increase of digital skills. ### Required profile * Higher education in computer science, information systems, or equivalent. * Proven experience in IT project management and digital transformation. * Good mastery of Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative environments. * Experience steering ERP projects, business applications, or digital workplace. * Ability to intervene on both strategic and operational subjects. * Ease in an environment where one must be autonomous, pragmatic, and close to users. * Experience in managing teams or service providers. * Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and AI Apply: [Write an email](< >) jpid8fc6b40jm jpit1042jm jpiy26jm
