Job Description ##

Main responsibilities of the Production Line Manager:

• Guarantee the achievement of objectives regarding safety, quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure effective management of the activity.
• Implement the action plans necessary to achieve industrial performance objectives.
• Actively participate in the pre-series, industrialization, and launch phases of new products.
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources: equipment, staff, skills, and production capacities.
• Manage industrial investments and the deployment of new equipment within your scope. Collaborate closely with the Quality, Methods, Industrialization, and Supply Chain teams.
• Actively contribute to digital transformation and Industry 4.0 projects.
• Supervise and develop a team of approximately 80 employees through an intermediate management line.
• Support the skill development of teams and promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Participate in recruitments and the development of talent within your department.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Profile of the Production Line Manager:
• Higher technical education or Engineering degree,
• Proven experience in managing production teams in a demanding industrial environment.
• Background appreciated in automotive, aeronautics, precision machining, or at an industrial equipment manufacturer.
• Solid culture of continuous improvement, quality, and operational performance.
• Ease with IT tools, performance indicators, and data analysis.
• Leadership, rigor, sense of organization, and ability to unite large teams.
• Strong interest in new technologies and Industry 4.0.
• Professional English appreciated.
