Your tasks

• You perform and validate analyses in clinical chemistry, hematology and immunohematology.
• You perform regular presence and on-call duty at night and on weekends.
• You participate in the analytical further development of the laboratory.
• You work according to the criteria of the quality management system.
• You provide data to physicians which allow for the prevention, detection of a disease, the creation of a differential diagnosis and the monitoring of the course of therapy.

Your profile

• Dipl. biomedical analyst HF or equivalent training
• Knowledge and/or experience in the fields of chemistry, hematology, hemostasis and immunohematology
• Teamwork and good communication skills
• Good user knowledge of common IT programs
• Methodical and conscientious way of working, analytical understanding
• Openness towards theoretical and technological novelties
• Proficiency in the German or French language with good knowledge of the other language

Votre mission :

• réaliser et valider les analyses et les examens de routine en chimie clinique, en hématologie et en immunohématologie
• participer aux services du week-end et de piquet de nuit en tournus avec ses collègues
• contribuer aux développements analytiques du laboratoire
• collaborer à la gestion du système qualité
• communiquer au médecin les données qui permettront la prévention, le dépistage de la maladie, l-établissement d-un diagnostic différentiel et le suivi thérapeutique

Votre profil :

• diplôme de technicien-ne en analyses biomédicales (TAB) ou formation jugée équivalente
• connaissances et expérience dans les domaines de la chimie, hématologie, hémostase et immunohématologie
• aptitude à travailler en équipe et bonnes capacités de communication
• méthodique, consciencieux/-se, avec un esprit analytique
• ouverture d-esprit aux nouveautés théoriques et technologiques
• aisance avec les outils informatiques
• maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande, avec de bonnes connaissances de la langue partenaire
