• Administrative and technical support of commercial activities
• Management and follow-up of offers, orders and client files
• Coordination with internal teams (sales, technical, production, logistics)
• Daily use of the ERP and the MS Office suite
• Interface with clients and partners in French and English

• Proven experience in Technical Back Office, ideally in the field of instrumentation and/or machine tools
• Good mastery of an ERP and the MS Office suite
• Fluent English, comfortable in conversation and with technical terms
• Fluent French
• Business sense and customer orientation
