We are looking for a Property Quality Manager for our Geneva agency to complete our dynamic team as a "Privérien" and who contributes to achieving our quantitative and qualitative objectives, within a cohesive structure with a family spirit.

Through your supervisory role, you are responsible for the proper maintenance of buildings in a large portfolio located mainly in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud. Thanks to your regular physical presence in the buildings, you are the link between the agency and the concierge services. You identify any damage and/or optimizations and provide the appropriate solution in close collaboration with the concierge service and/or the management. You optimize the re-letting of vacant properties through proactive visits to the properties and by proposing solutions to optimize property attractiveness.

Your mission in detail ####

• Preparation of various reports and client reporting
• Active collaboration with the agency and concierge companies
• Communication of all useful information to the persons concerned
• Drafting of purchase orders/requests for quotes
• Organization and conduct of visits to properties for rent
• Processing of correspondence
• Participation in internal and external working sessions

Your profile ####

• You hold a completed training (CFC, maturity or a title deemed equivalent) and benefit from proven experience in a real estate agency or real estate management. You also possess solid technical knowledge of buildings.
• You are comfortable with the technical monitoring of buildings and the support of renovation, maintenance, or large-scale work projects.
• A person of the field, you appreciate the diversity of missions, demonstrate pragmatism, and possess a keen sense of service.
• Organized, autonomous and solution-oriented, you know how to manage your priorities and plan your interventions effectively according to the needs of the buildings and rental imperatives.
• Attentive to the quality and proper maintenance of the real estate assets, you ensure the good general condition of the buildings and ensure rigorous monitoring of necessary interventions.
• Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, you appreciate human contact and maintain a close and constructive collaboration with concierge teams, management, and various stakeholders.
• Proactive, committed and endowed with a true team spirit, you place customer satisfaction and service quality at the heart of your priorities.
• You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• You hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel regularly between the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.

Geographical mobility: the position involves a field presence distributed at approximately 60% in the canton of Geneva and 40% in the canton of Vaud, mainly in the Lausanne region.
