We are looking for one of our clients, and for a PERMANENT position, a Facility Management Employee (M/F), whose main mission will be to collaborate with different company departments, in order to plan interventions of external companies
Job description
Perform various tasks related to building trades (changing lamps or light bulbs, small maintenance / repair / DIY tasks...)
Coordinate and ensure the follow-up of works and service providers (contacting various external companies, and planning their interventions)
Participate in general housekeeping tasks
Manage stocks in connection with activities
Profile sought
Must hold a CFC as an operations agent with a few years of experience in management and in the planning of interventions of external companies (electricity, plumbing, building maintenance, snow removal, green spaces...)
Have already worked in an industrial field
Category B driving license
Holding a forklift license is desired
Cross-functional knowledge in building trades are an asset
Proficiency in IT tools
To be able to prepare a meeting room for a meeting
Rigorous, discreet person, with good physical condition
Sense of responsibility, ability to work alone or in a team
