To complete its team, the Human Resources department is recruiting for a newly created position:

Occupational Health Management (OHM) and Case Management Specialist (60-80 %)

Your main missions

• Design and implement the occupational health management (OHM) strategy in alignment with the HR strategy;
• Systematically analyze absenteeism data and causes in order to define and implement targeted prevention, intervention, and follow-up measures;
• Support employees in incapacity for work, coordinate interveners, and ensure the role of contact person with social insurance;
• Conduct follow-up interviews and develop reintegration plans in collaboration with the HR Academic Partner;
• Advise and train managers in supporting staff facing health problems;
• Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures implemented;
• Participate in cross-functional and institutional HR projects.

Your profile

• Tertiary-level education in the fields of occupational psychology, social work, or deemed equivalent. Training in OHM or case management is an asset
• Several years of experience in occupational health management, ideally in the public sector
• Knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and psychosocial risk management
• Experience in advising managers and staff as well as in facilitating workshops
• Empathic, structured, solution-oriented personality with assertiveness skills.
• Mastery of French or German (native language) with excellent knowledge of the other language (minimum B2). Knowledge of English is an asset. Very good command of IT tools.

Ihr Profil

• Hochschulausbildung in Arbeitspsychologie, Sozialer Arbeit oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich; Weiterbildung in Betrieblichem Gesundheitsmanagement oder Case Management von Vorteil
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement, idealerweise im öffentlichen Sektor
