On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Manager & Project Management - Haut-Valais (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• 01 | Operational steering & coordination of activities
• You will ensure strategic planning and the optimization of technical interventions.
• You will orchestrate the organization of projects, from their preparation to their realization.
• You will coordinate human and material resources in order to guarantee high-performance execution of services.
• You will contribute to the management and skill development of teams.
• 02 | Technical direction & project management
• You will manage construction sites and supervise their technical execution.
• You will guarantee compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.
• You will control costs, deadlines, and resources in order to ensure project profitability.
• You will supervise employees on the ground and ensure optimal coordination of the different stakeholders.
• 03 | Commercial, contractual & financial management
• You will prepare commercial offers, technical quotes, and tender documents.
• You will ensure the monitoring of measurements, services performed, and site accounts.
• You will supervise billing and the financial monitoring of projects.
• You will ensure the control and monitoring of supplier invoices and creditors.
• You will guarantee rigorous and structured administrative management of your files.
• 04 | Business development & customer partnerships
• You will represent the company to our regional customers and partners.
• You will identify new commercial opportunities and actively participate in the expansion of our activity in Haut-Valais.
• You will advise customers and propose technical solutions adapted to their needs.
• You will develop and retain a network of partners and a sustainable customer base.
• You will contribute to the influence and reputation of the company on the regional market.
• 05 | Expertise, innovation & strategic contribution
• You will ensure technological and regulatory monitoring in order to anticipate developments in our sector.
• You will continuously develop your skills and maintain the required professional certifications.
• You will participate in management meetings and contribute to the strategic reflections of the company.
• You will be a source of proposals for process improvement, performance optimization, and the development of new opportunities.

Your profile:

• You come from technical training in the field of construction, building, or technical installations, with solid professional experience in the field.
• You possess an excellent understanding of construction processes, implementation techniques, and requirements related to project realization.
• You have mastered the reading and interpretation of technical plans, measurements, tenders, and the financial monitoring of construction sites.
• You have proven experience in works management, coordination of stakeholders, and steering technical projects.
• You know the standards, regulations, and quality and safety requirements applicable to the construction sector.
• You combine technical expertise, operational vision, and the ability to propose concrete and high-performance solutions.
• You demonstrate leadership and know how to supervise, mobilize, and coordinate teams on the ground.
• You are autonomous, organized, rigorous, and capable of managing several projects and priorities simultaneously.
• You possess an excellent sense of contact, a solution-oriented approach, and real commercial skills.
• You master German and are comfortable in professional exchanges in French, an asset to accompany our development in Haut-Valais.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of responsibility, and the desire to contribute actively to the growth of the company.
