Your tasks
proactive approach to customers so that even those waiting in the shop feel welcome
competent advice on all products and services – recognizing and exceeding needs
presentation of devices and services according to marketing and touchpoint design specifications
contributing own ideas from daily business to help shape the shop
checking new deliveries for quality, quantity and deadline as well as processing returns
receiving repaired devices and handing them over to customers including information on readiness for collection
participation in inventories
Your profile
EFZ or EBA degree in a sales or service environment
German and Swiss German at least B2, French and English A2, Italian an advantage
basic knowledge of Office, Apple and Android products
sympathetic appearance, communication skills and impeccable reputation
enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the telecommunications industry
experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a plus – beginners from retail or gastronomy are expressly welcome
