As part of its development, we are looking for an(a):

Experienced Haute Horlogerie Polisher (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will consist of performing the complete polishing of cases, bridges, bezels, case backs, and other complex watch components.

You master the different finishing techniques of Haute Horlogerie, including mirror polishing, black polishing, longitudinal and circular satin finishing, chamfering, brightening, as well as the manual rework of aesthetic surfaces.

Detail-oriented, you ensure respect for geometries, volumes, radii, and sharp angles in order to guarantee irreproachable quality.

You also ensure the aesthetic control of the pieces, perform the necessary touch-ups, and work in close collaboration with the production workshops and quality control to meet the most demanding standards of Swiss Haute Horlogerie.

Your profile:

You benefit from confirmed experience in the polishing of high-end watch components. Your career has allowed you to acquire perfect mastery of manual termination and finishing techniques, as well as solid experience on complex, high-value-added pieces.

Possessing a keen sense of surface finishes and perceived quality, you understand the high requirements specific to prestige watch manufactures.

Your manual dexterity, your patience, and your constant attention to detail allow you to achieve finishes that meet the most demanding standards of Swiss Haute Horlogerie.
