Your mission :
Management of a portfolio of buildings: establishment of leases, processing of terminations. Contacts with owners, tenants and concierges, renting out properties on portals, conducting viewings, administrative management inherent to the lease agreement (increases, termination, addendum), various correspondence and filing.
Your profile :
Commercial diploma, training in real estate or a degree deemed equivalent
Experience in a similar position in Switzerland and knowledge of lease law required
Immobase and/or Immoplus training, an asset
Very good command of the French language (oral and written), good level of English, German a plus
Good command of IT tools, Quorum program
Interpersonal skills, autonomous and organized
Good presentation and sensitivity to the notion of customer service
Driver's license
