Calculations Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits, analyze constraints, and identify risks related to projects
• Ensure active monitoring of public and private markets as well as developments in the sector
• Coordinate the administrative and technical assembly of tender files in collaboration with Management
• Manage the entire market acquisition process, from monitoring calls for tenders to the submission of files
• Develop execution methods, technical variants, and intervention schedules in order to optimize projects
• Prepare technical, methodological, and financial studies while guaranteeing their quality and competitiveness
• Perform measurements, consult suppliers and subcontractors, and participate in technical and commercial negotiations
• Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods, yields, and the capitalization of feedback from experience

Profile

• Higher education in civil engineering, construction economics, or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar role in Switzerland
• Solid knowledge of civil engineering works, earthworks, wet utilities, demolition, and special structures
• Excellent mastery of execution methods, planning, and site preparation
• Mastery of CAD/CAE software, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Analytical mind, autonomy, sense of organization, and excellent writing skills
• Natural leadership, spirit of initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
