Your mission

• Lead the procurement process by selecting, developing and managing suppliers
• Critically analyze components to be purchased, highlighting cost factors as well as technical and process difficulties. Propose alternative solutions
• Define and drive cost reduction projects
• Establish interaction with suppliers capable of guaranteeing a competitive and sustainable relationship
• Act proactively while always keeping in mind the milestones and cost constraints of a project
• Stay informed about the state of the art of raw materials to be purchased
• Contribute to the definition of the project roadmap (schedule, costs) and act accordingly (selection, qualification of suppliers)
• Submit requests for quotations
• Enter offer data into the MRP system
• Guarantee delivery times
• Verify installed capacity
• Your profile
• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in advanced commercial negotiation
• Experience in international sourcing with contract negotiation and strategic partnership development
• Knowledge of machined mechanical parts (milling, turning, grinding) as well as surface and thermal treatments
• Experience in design for cost and manufacturability
• Written and oral mastery of English, French is an asset.
