MyNotaire SA in Martigny is looking for its Firm :

A lawyer
at 60 - 80 %

Start date: 1st October or date to be agreed

Your tasks :

• Legal advice and client support
• Drafting and monitoring of notary files in all areas (real estate,

succession, commercial,-)

• Monitoring and management of notary files
• Legal analysis of complex files and drafting of legal opinions

Profile description ##

Required profile :

• Master in Swiss law or recognized equivalent
• Experience in a notary, legal or similar administrative environment desired
• Excellent writing skills in French, knowledge of German or English is a plus ;
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Ability to manage priorities
• Dynamic, versatile and autonomous person
