Your mission

On behalf of a psychiatric establishment in the Canton de Vaud, we are looking for a motivated Nurse to join a team committed to the support and care of patients suffering from mental disorders.

This long-term mission offers the opportunity to join a stimulating, human, and multidisciplinary care environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the global care of patients in respect of their care project.
• Perform nursing care and guarantee its quality.
• Participate in the assessment of the physical and mental health status of patients.
• Accompany patients in their daily lives and promote their autonomy.
• Contribute to the prevention and management of crisis situations.
• Actively collaborate with the medical team and various stakeholders.
• Ensure the traceability and transmission of information in the patient file.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and the continuity of care.

Profile

• HES Nurse diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Experience in psychiatry constitutes a real asset.
• Candidates from somatic care with a strong interest in psychiatry are also welcome.
• Interpersonal ease, listening skills, and empathy.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good stress management and ability to adapt.
• Residence in the Canton de Vaud or nearby
