Waste operator in a factory site 100%

• Collect waste in defined areas according to established frequencies and procedures
• Control the identification and compliance of waste before its handling
• Route waste to designated storage areas or collection points using suitable equipment
• Ensure the sorting, separation, and proper management of different waste streams
• Maintain waste premises and yards clean, orderly, and compliant with site requirements
• Report any anomaly, sorting error, or unidentified waste
• Complete tracking documents and ensure waste traceability
• Prepare orders and collections intended for collection service providers
• Respect and promote health, safety, and environment rules in all activities
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a pharmaceutical, industrial, or logistics environment
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), an asset
• Very good command of French, both spoken and written
• Driver's license and forklift license mandatory
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, and strict respect for safety procedures
• Ability to work autonomously and to report any deviation or anomaly
• Customer orientation, flexibility, team spirit, and transparent communication
• Adherence to ISS values: cohesion, honesty, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and quality
