You embody our values to our clients and thus ensure every day that visitors and employees feel welcome from the first moment, answering their questions, requests, and wishes with professionalism and attention. ### What awaits you * Opening/closing of the reception * Welcoming visitors * Managing the telephone switchboard and mailing * Management of badges, keys, and small equipment * Management of incoming/outgoing mail * Setting up conference rooms * Various reservations (taxis, train...) * Various administrative tasks ### What you bring * 1st confirmed experience in reception / welcoming. * Excellent presentation * Fluent French, English B2 * Mastery of the office suite * Client-oriented / Rigorous / Organized / Flexible / Autonomous * Hours 8h30-17h30 Monday and Tuesday ### Ready for us?
