Job description

• Ensure basic care and support for patients at home.
• Perform high-quality handovers
• Provide moral and social support to patients.
• Collaborate with families and other health professionals.
• Respect hygiene and safety protocols and standards.

Profile

• ASA diploma, nursing assistant diploma, or Red Cross health auxiliary certificate
• Experience in home care is an asset
• You possess a driver's license and a vehicle
• You demonstrate reliability and responsibility
• Knowledge of Medlink software is an asset,
• Split shift schedule only

We offer you:

• Permanent position (CDI) within small teams in one of the defined sectors in the canton of Genève.
• Schedule established several weeks in advance, on regular routes in order to be able to create a bond with our patients and offer well-being to our patients.
• Training related to your profession.
