Symbios Orthopédie SA is looking for an Apprentice Commercial Employee CFC / From August 2027 Your missions: General Administration Welcoming and processing internal and external interlocutors (telephone and reception) Taking calls, taking notes and transmitting information Drafting, managing, formatting and updating documents (letters, e-mails, documents) Filing and archiving physical and digital documents Management of incoming and outgoing mail Marketing Updating the website Organization of hotel, transport and restaurant reservations Management of company events Creation of posters and flyers Finance Processing and entry of incoming invoices Mail processing Preparation of bank notices and monitoring of payment reminders Supply Chain and Customer Service Preparation of orders for shipments in Switzerland and abroad Stock verification Unpacking of expired products Ordering and follow-up with suppliers and subcontractors Management of the storeroom Archiving of production orders Set of requests related to logistical support Your profile: * A certificate of completion of compulsory schooling or you are soon reaching the end of your schooling * A real motivation to undertake a commercial apprenticeship during 3 years, in the medical device industry * Ease with computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Ease in contacts * Good sense of organization, communication and autonomy * Conscientious, reliable, motivated person eager to learn * Very good level of French orally and in writing.
