Your daily routine:

You will be the true conductor of a real estate portfolio, with the mission of guaranteeing the satisfaction of stakeholders.

• Ensure proactive and professional management of relations with owners, tenants, and various technical partners
• Organize and supervise activities related to leasing and technical management
• Manage maintenance contracts and ensure proper follow-up of services
• Participate in the recruitment and supervision of caretakers
• Coordinate and follow up on claims until their resolution
• Control completed work, invoices, and respect for budgets
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections
• Accompany tenants at every stage of their journey, from arrival to departure

In short, you ensure that everything functions harmoniously, even when a day decides to test your sense of organization and your helpfulness.

What will make your difference:

• CFC as a commercial employee or technical training in construction
• Proven experience in a manager position or 3-4 years as an assistant
• Excellent command of French, both oral and written
• Knowledge of German, an appreciated asset
• IT proficiency
• Driver's license
• Resident in the canton of Fribourg or willing to settle there
• Swiss nationality or permit C
