Your mission

You are an integral part of the educational team and actively contribute to the implementation of the defined pedagogical approach. You ensure the proper development and well-being of the children placed under our responsibility. You lead activities adapted to each age and maintain quality relationships with parents.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the daily educational support of a group of children
• Apply the pedagogical approach in collaboration with the educational team
• Implement playful and recreational activities
• Develop a relationship of trust with families
• Actively participate in the various projects carried out within the structure

Your profile

• CFC as a socio-educational assistant (ASE) or a title deemed equivalent and recognized in Switzerland
• Good observation and adaptation skills
• Ability to support children in their learning and autonomy
• Patience, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and to frame one's intervention within a defined context
• Ability to adopt professional communication adapted to different interlocutors
