A market leader in the 4 and 3 star segment in Geneva, the Manotel group operates six hotels totaling 610 rooms. The establishments Royal, N-vY, Auteuil, Kipling, Jade and Edelweiss each cultivate a unique universe, which distinguishes them from one another while defending common values.

In order to strengthen our sales team based at our group headquarters, we are looking for, for a start date to be agreed upon, our new:

Sales Manager Mice

Missions:

• In charge of a portfolio of business sectors (MICE Incentive conference Exhibition)
• Ensure the follow-up, development and loyalty of the existing clientele.
• Acquire new clients. This mission is a priority.
• Ensure the promotion of Manotel products.
• Negotiate rates with potential and existing clients and establish the contract.
• Maintain the client database (Opéra Cloud)
• Participate in national and international trade fairs and ensure preparatory tasks as well as follow-ups.
• Organize and ensure promotional trips.
• Organize hotel visits in collaboration with the operations.
• Participate in the development of the group's promotional actions.
• Under the responsibility of the Sales & Marketing Director, develop and implement the annual action plan.
• Participate in various promotional events organized by the group.
• Ensure the promotion and commercialization of catering spaces. 50% of working time.
• Reserve an welcome in accordance with the group's quality standards (personalized and dynamic) for our clientele.
• Participate in the annual budget construction
