Part-time administrative assistant, every morning (all)

Your field of activity

In order to support our activity, we are looking for a part-time administrative assistant, present every morning. Versatile, organized, and solution-oriented, you ensure smooth daily administrative functioning and support the team in various missions.

Your responsibilities

• Manage telephone reception, emails, visitors, mail and routine administrative tasks
• Manage equipment, badges, archiving and contribute to internal organization
• Participate in the organization of events and the smooth running of the premises
• Ensure invoicing and project monitoring in Abacus, supplier and debtor invoices as well as monthly closings
• Occasionally replace the executive assistant in their administrative tasks
• Support after-sales service: making appointments, scheduling repair technicians, processing work orders, reports and invoicing
• Control the invoices and hours of the repair technicians

Your profile

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training
• You have several years of experience in an administrative position in a technical environment
• You have excellent administrative skills and are comfortable with IT tools
• Experience with Abacus is an asset
• You are organized, autonomous and know how to manage priorities effectively
• You have an excellent sense of service and professional communication
• You know how to keep your calm and show diplomacy
• You are solution-oriented and enjoy proposing improvements in existing processes

You like versatility and working in collaboration with different interlocutors
