Technical Assistant in the Construction Sector, permanent contract (CDI) at 100%

Main missions:

• Ensure the monitoring of construction files, publish public inquiries
• Control the compliance of construction projects submitted within the communal territory
• Ensure general control and report illegal constructions
• Perform periodic inspections of buildings within the framework of fire safety
• Participate in the development of safety concepts during events within the communal territory
• Control fire safety during the granting of licenses
• Analyze firefighter access to buildings
• Perform targeted inspections required by the ECAB or the communal authority
• Collaborate in the “Cité de l’énergie” labeling process
• Ensure the implementation of actions defined within the framework of the “Cité de l’énergie” label

Desired profile:

• Holder of a CFC as a building draughtsman or any other training deemed equivalent
• Specialist in construction police
• Beneficiary of proven training and knowledge in the field of fire protection
• Methodical, rigorous, autonomous, very good organization and planning in the execution of work
• Sense of collaboration, interpersonal skills and ease of contact with the population
• Good knowledge of common office tools (MS Office) and a drawing program
