DEMARCHE is looking for the Coaching Ado measure based in Nyon, an Educator, permanent position at 70%-80% Your missions You promote a climate of regaining self-confidence, motivation, development of personal, social and professional skills in order to allow the social integration and professional orientation of young beneficiaries, coming from dysfunctional family environments, presenting psychic disorders and behavioral problems. * Welcome, support and ensure continuity in the follow-up of young people. * Plan tasks and monitor the progress of activities. * Identify potential capacities and obstacles. * Provide support during complex situations and crisis situations. * Accompany young people in the definition and achievement of objectives, regularly evaluate their progress. * Propose and lead diversified activities. * Conduct and manage motivational interviews regularly. * Accompany young people during the common realization and preparation of a weekly meal. * Manage the administrative file of the young people and inform the network and families of the evolution. * Supervise every week the collection of bulky objects in collaboration with a stable. * Represent and guarantee the smooth running of the measure.
