We are looking for the Haute Ecole et Ecole Supérieure de Travail Social for a:

apprentice commercial employee CFC or apprentice female commercial employee CFC

Your missions:

• Participation in the administrative management of the processes of the branches of the Haute Ecole et Ecole Supérieure de Travail Social with your colleagues
• Participation in the organization of specific events related to the branches such as site visits, seminars, conferences, including the organization of rooms, etc.
• Taking charge of the reception and telephone service on an alternating basis with your colleagues
• Support to the teams in various administrative and organizational tasks related to the smooth running of the branches

Your profile:

• Compulsory schooling completed
• French as a mother tongue
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
• Demonstrate motivation, dynamism and curiosity
• Team spirit
• Rapid understanding
