Engineer / Project Manager in civil engineering & infrastructure (M/F)

A solid player in civil engineering in French-speaking Switzerland, our client distinguishes itself through the quality of its projects, its proximity to its clients, and an internal culture promoting autonomy and taking on responsibilities. As part of its development, it offers profiles with high potential real prospects for evolution, with the possibility in the medium term to join the executive board.

Job Description

Depending on your specialization, you will work on various projects, from design to completion:

Infrastructure & road:

• Management of large-scale projects for public clients (municipalities, cantons, Confederation)
• Participation in complex and technically stimulating achievements
• Collaboration with recognized experts in their field

Structures & building:

• Projects for neighborhood plans, industrial and residential buildings
• Transformations, extensions, and structural reinforcements
• Participation in projects for institutional clients and general contractors

As a project manager:

• You are the primary contact for clients
• You manage and coordinate an internal team
• You guarantee quality, deadline compliance, and client satisfaction
• You adopt a proactive approach in project management

Profile sought
-----------------

• EPF, HES or equivalent engineering degree
• Total experience of at least 10 years in civil engineering
• Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure and/or structures of at least 5 years in Switzerland is mandatory
• Mastery of SIA standards
• Good level of French (oral and written)
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and solution orientation
