Home Care Nurse (M/F)

Are you a qualified nurse and wish to practice your profession autonomously?
As part of future missions with home care structures in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for several motivated nurses to join our pool of candidates.
The selected files will be proposed to the various partner home care associations and foundations in the canton of Vaud.
Mission

• Provide prescribed and delegated nursing care at the clients' homes.
• Assess health status and ensure clinical follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and relatives.
• Participate in maintaining home care and promoting client autonomy.
• Guarantee quality care in compliance with procedures and good professional practices.
• Ensure the traceability of care in the provided IT tools.

Profile

• HES Nurse diploma or a title deemed equivalent and recognized in Switzerland.
• Swiss Red Cross (SRC) recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas.
• Experience in home care, geriatrics, medicine, rehabilitation, or community care is appreciated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of organization.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Good command of spoken and written French.
• Ease with IT tools and care documentation.

Indispensable conditions

• Valid category B driving license
• Personal vehicle available
• Clean standard criminal record and special extract (documents requested later as part of the recruitment process)
