Job Description

Under the supervision of the project committee, planning and monitoring of projects related to technical shutdowns.

• Development of the schedule, requests for offers, Gemba with the requesters, validation of the technical solution, participation in the shutdown preparation meetings organized by the shutdown coordinators and transmission of schedules.
• Monitoring of external companies, planning, control of authorizations, access requests, drafting of work permits/hot work permits, on-site accompaniment, control of the proper technical execution of the service, control of compliance with the validated offer.
• Receipt of intervention reports, technical files, from service providers, drafting of reports.

Profile sought

Holder of a qualifying training in building infrastructures

• You are able to work autonomously and in a team.
• You benefit from at least 2 years of experience in technical fields.
• You have skills in administration.
• Organized, conscientious and autonomous.
• You demonstrate rigor, pragmatism and curiosity, you have a sense of priorities, service and responsibilities.
