Present in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company at the service of companies and the private economy, offering notably services in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension schemes, legal and economic advice, as well as training.

As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.

To strengthen our digital Marketing team based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a Webmaster specialized in UI/UX (m/f).

Missions

• Participate in the realization and monitoring of digital projects in collaboration with digital, IT, marketing, and business teams
• Ensure, in a duo with the digital project manager, the webmastering of the Centre Patronal sites: creation and updating of content, images, PDF, forms, banners, links, etc.
• Contribute to the implementation of the strategy and to SEO optimization, to performance monitoring and reporting of the sites
• Propose recommendations to improve UX/UI, user journeys and conversion, and perform A/B tests
• Guarantee the quality, updating and consistency of content with the brand identity and brand guidelines
• Ensure coordination with IT for the evolutions and modifications of the sites
• Occasionally provide support to the digital projects of the Bern team

Your profile

• Training in communication, digital marketing, IT or similar field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, with solid experience in webmastering, UX/UI and digital projects
• Excellent writing skills and ease with web content management
• Mastery of CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Typo3) and good knowledge of SEO (Google Search Console, Business Profile, Ahrefs)
• Mastery of design and visual creation tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Skills in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
• Very good level of English (minimum B2); German is an asset
• Team spirit, good interpersonal skills and proactive
• Interest in the world of business and/or training
