Specialized Educator (M/F/D)

In order to strengthen our teams of employees and to meet the regular needs of our partner institutions, Adecco Medical Suisse is looking for Specialized Educators (M/F/D) for temporary missions within various structures in the canton of Vaud.

Responsibilities

Ensure the educational and socio-educational support of beneficiaries in their daily lives.

Promote autonomy, skill development, and the social inclusion of the people being supported.

Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized educational projects.

Organize and lead educational, sporting, cultural, or occupational activities.

Accompany beneficiaries in their administrative, social, and professional procedures.

Guarantee a secure and caring framework, promoting the fulfillment of each individual.

Identify and manage crisis situations with professionalism and composure.

Ensure written and oral transmissions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as well as external partners.

Ensure compliance with institutional rules and the pedagogical project.

Profile

Holder of an ES or HES Specialized Educator diploma. For foreign diplomas, recognition by SEFRI is required.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships) in the socio-educational field.
Experience with children, adolescents, young adults, or people in social difficulty is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit.
Ability to manage complex situations and to adapt quickly to different work environments.
Category B driving license and vehicle
