Head of Building Administration / Building Administrator (80-100%)
In this key position, you will lead the building administration, be responsible for central infrastructure, construction, and planning topics, and actively help shape the further development of Kerzers. As a leader, you will take on an important role at the interface between politics, administration, and the population.
Your tasks:
Overall responsibility for the building administration (5 employees) with the areas of planning, structural engineering, civil engineering, and building police
Overall responsibility for the Werkhof (co-leadership and 7 employees)
Continuous further development of organization and processes
Responsibility for local and spatial planning topics as well as ongoing and future planning projects
Advising the municipal council on construction-related issues
Collaboration on strategic projects as well as cooperation with administrative departments and external partners
Your profile:
Sound training in the construction, infrastructure, planning, or technical environment
Leadership experience as well as strong social, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of public law and construction law is an advantage or willingness to undergo further training
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
Strategic thinking as well as a solution-oriented way of working
Good IT user skills
French language skills are an advantage
