Billing and Warranty Advisor

Missions :

• You manage commercial coverage requests and customer billing
• You enter, control, and follow up on warranty files
• You ensure the compliance of files and prepare documents within the framework of the Warranty Audit
• You support After-Sales Service Advisors in welcoming customers and vehicle follow-up

Profil :

• You are experienced in billing in the automotive sector.
• You hold a CFC commercial or technical in the automotive field.
• You are perfectly francophone, with good knowledge of German or English.
• You are rigorous, organized, and comfortable with IT, ideally with knowledge of the VAG Group.
