Décolleteur (M/F)

Desired profile:

• CFC in production mechanics option décolletage, polymécanicien or training deemed equivalent * Confirmed experience in décolletage in the watchmaking or microtechnical sector in Switzerland * Experience on Citizen, Tornos, Tsugami, SwissNano machines or equivalent equipment * Excellent knowledge in reading plans and dimensional control * Comfortable with traditional measuring instruments and quality control systems * Autonomous, rigorous and quality-oriented personality * Good team spirit and sense of responsibility Your mission:
• Ensure settings, startups and production monitoring on décolleteuses + Guarantee the conformity of produced parts according to quality requirements + Perform dimensional and visual controls during manufacturing + Optimize production conditions and equipment performance + Perform tool changes and necessary corrections + Participate in solving technical problems and continuous improvement + Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures jpidcf2eec6jm jpit1145jm jpiy26jm
