Job description ##

Analyze and manage non-conformities in the sector
Define and make available control standards in collaboration with support functions
Implement and support the self-control process
Manage and monitor quality indicators
Ensure that metrological tooling needs are covered
Lead and coach problem-solving sessions
Report and drive improvement opportunities
Create control ranges according to generic ranges

Requirements ##

ES Technician training in microtechnics or a title deemed equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in the quality field
Experience in watchmaking would be an asset
Analytical and organizational skills
TQ1 training would be an asset
Knowledge of trades associated with the manufacture of watch components
Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing would be an asset
Proficiency in problem-solving tools
Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 environment
Interpersonal skills and good communication
