Your missions ###

• Lead strategic IT projects covering infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networks, and digital workstation technologies.
• Drive key transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365 modernization, Azure adoption, cloud migrations, infrastructure consolidation, and global technology deployments.
• Support the completion of a major IT carve-out program and help establish the standalone IT environment for United Machining.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, budget, planning, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate international teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across several countries.
• Lead change management and user adoption activities to ensure the success of business outcomes.
• Contribute to the Group's IT transformation roadmap by fostering standardization, modernization, and synergies across the organization.

Your profile ###

• University degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• More than 15 years of experience in enterprise IT environments and at least 5 years leading international IT projects or programs.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale IT transformation, migration, integration, or carve-out projects.
• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments, with hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and business processes in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English and French; German is an asset.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and multicultural environment, able to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
