Special Wheels Manager (M/F)

Mission

As part of this function, reporting to our Movement Components Division, you will ensure the management of a team of 22 employees in their production activities in turning and finishing. In close collaboration with the other workshops of the Lever Escapement service and support services in order to ensure the production plan within the quality criteria and Patek Philippe standards, you will be responsible for achieving results and facilitating the Employee Experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and deadlines to achieve objectives.
• Ensure training support and the development of versatility within the workshop.
• Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, decrease waste rates and operation times.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and guarantee the application of Patek Philippe standards.
• Advance the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with the other workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal customers and other services and divisions.

Profile sought

• ES Technician in microtechnology or mechanical engineering or training deemed equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in an equivalent function.
• Previous management experience is imperative.
• Mastery of machining techniques, notably turning.
• Knowledge in production management
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools.
• Mastery of office tools (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Ease in written and oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to unite a team around a common goal.
• Proactive, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Team spirit and adaptability.
