Bilingual FR/DE Junior Facility Manager (M/F)

• Technical, commercial, or specialized training in Facility Management
• First successful experience in the management of buildings, infrastructure, or general services
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills
• Sense of service and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in standard IT tools
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
• Indispensable mastery of French and German (minimum C1 level in both languages)
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
• Ensure the daily management and proper functioning of buildings, installations, and infrastructure
• Coordinate external service providers (cleaning, security, technical maintenance, etc.)
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Manage service contracts and ensure supplier monitoring
• Participate in cost control and the monitoring of the Facilities budget
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental protection standards
• Ensure the management of equipment and office furniture
• Handle internal requests related to infrastructure and buildings
• Participate in the continuous improvement of general services
