Health Insurance Customer Service Advisor
Your mission
In order to strengthen our teams in the context of temporary absences, we are looking for several motivated Customer Service Advisors oriented towards customer satisfaction.
Within our customer service department, you will be the preferred interlocutor for our insured persons and our partners.
Your main responsibilities
Respond to requests from our insured persons by telephone and by e-mail
Respond to requests from our service providers by telephone
Provide clear and high-quality information on benefits and services
Ensure efficient processing of requests while guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction
Contribute to the smooth running of the service in a dynamic environment
Your profile
You are comfortable in customer relations and have a sense of service
You demonstrate versatility, rigor, and organization
You know how to manage stress and high-activity situations effectively
You enjoy teamwork while being autonomous in your tasks
Experience in the field of health insurance constitutes a major asset
Significant experience in customer advisory is also welcome
