• Experience in luxury hospitality, events, or high-end reception.
• Mastery of French and English mandatory (a third language is a plus).
• Welcome and guide guests with professionalism and a smile.
• Ensure management of the cloakroom, seating, and guest flows.
• Represent the image of the establishment and the event.
