• Evaluate and analyze economic information regarding the professional activity of the insured person
• After reviewing the economic documents of the dossier, determine the relevant incomes and carry out income comparisons
• Calculate the loss of earnings or the restriction in the area of responsibility and propose supplementary clarification measures
• Justify and represent contested assessments in the appeal process in cooperation with the legal service
• Clarify benefit requests and pension revisions

What makes you unique

• Commercial basic training (EFZ), higher administrative diploma, federal professional certificate as a social insurance specialist or university degree
• 2 years of experience in the field of social insurance, ideally disability insurance
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent editorial skills and care in dealing with sensitive cases
• Confident handling of numbers, statistical data and common IT applications
• Sense of responsibility, goal and result orientation, team spirit, communication skills and service orientation
• Very good knowledge of two national languages (German and French, level B2); passive knowledge of Italian is an advantage
