Job description

Clos-Bercher is a Medicalized Psycho-social establishment (EPSM) welcoming 27 Residents and which is located on the outskirts of Bercher in Gros-de-Vaud.

For a replacement of 1 to 2 months we are looking for a cook at 80%.

Variable working hours.

Your tasks

• Responsible for the preparation and professional presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special wishes, preparation work, etc.
• Cleaning work and dishwashing
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety directives
• Adequate and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
• Teamwork or working alone

Your profile

• Professional experience as a cook
• Flair for decoration and plating of dishes
• A warm attitude full of humor
• Pleasure in taking on varied challenges
• Good knowledge of French orally and in writing
• Driver's license and vehicle desired
