We have an exciting opportunity to present to you for one of our clients, based in the Martigny region, we are looking for a:

HES or EPFL Architect 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Lead tenders, examine quotes and supervise work on the construction site
• Manage building permit applications and guarantee regulatory compliance
• Design and supervise architectural projects from design to delivery
• Develop detailed plans and execution files in accordance with standards
• Coordinate project phases in collaboration with professionals
• Participate in feasibility studies for new projects
• Ensure control of costs, deadlines and quality

Profile

• HES or EPF Architect degree, or equivalence
• Experience as an architect within an office in Switzerland
• Creative capacity, deep understanding of regulations, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent mastery of IT tools
• Proficiency in French
