Do you enjoy juggling between the field and administration? Join us within the framework of a 6-month CDM for a key mission: guaranteeing the daily availability of material and equipment for the Vaud firefighters.

To support our Fire Defense and Rescue Division, we are looking for our:

Auxiliary technical and logistics collaborator at 80-100% (Oct. 2026 - April 2027)

Within the TLS entity (Technique et Logistique SDIS), you will provide cross-functional and versatile support in order to guarantee the continuity of the team's activities.

What awaits you if you join us?

You will ensure order preparation, the receipt and stocking of material, as well as the administrative follow-up related to invoices, vouchers, and requests for quotes. You will contribute to the monitoring of deadlines, particularly in the APR domain, provide support for planning, and perform various reportings. You will also take charge of the management of personal protective equipment, including its entry into the ERP, and support your colleagues within the framework of an ongoing project within the team. Depending on needs, you may be required to intervene on occasional tasks or projects, notably the movement of vehicles if you hold a C1-118 permit.

Your profile:

You have a good capacity for technical and administrative management, with real versatility to cover tasks of a different nature (physical, administrative, IT). You are comfortable with IT tools and an ERP, demonstrate a sense of organization, rigor in administrative follow-up, and respect for deadlines. You know how to manage several tasks in parallel and are able to work very autonomously.

A category C1-118 driving permit constitutes an asset for occasional support in moving vehicles, as does a forklift permit for logistical work.
