As part of our development, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and versatile medical assistant, capable of evolving in a fast-paced environment where quality of care and team spirit are at the center of our priorities.

Your missions ###

• Welcome, inform, and accompany patients with professionalism and kindness.
• Perform technical ophthalmology examinations according to current protocols (OCT, visual field, biometry, etc.).
• Assist doctors during treatments and interventions.
• Prepare intervention rooms.
• Ensure the administrative management of medical files, the planning and coordination of surgical interventions, as well as various tasks related to the center's activity.
• Manage orders of medical equipment and ensure stock monitoring.
• Actively participate in the coordination between different health professionals to guarantee fluid patient care.

Your profile ###

• CFC as a medical assistant or training deemed equivalent.
• Experience in ophthalmology is an asset.
• You are organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
• You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate an excellent sense of service.
• You know how to manage priorities and remain efficient in a dynamic environment.
• You appreciate evolving in an environment requiring an excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and enjoy learning new technologies.
• You demonstrate flexibility, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Workplace ###

The position is mainly based in Yverdon-les-Bains. A half-day of work per week is carried out at our Lausanne site. Depending on business needs, this presence may be increased occasionally.
