(100%) - CDD 1 year

Salary class: 7 (this scale is understood with validated prerequisites, failing which the placement is at class -1)

In connection with a multidisciplinary team, you play a central role in offering individualized social support, organizing care according to current standards, and contributing to the life of the hostel and its proper functioning.

Your key missions

• You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews.
• You implement personalized action plans.
• You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
• You coordinate with internal and external partners.
• You ensure compliance with hostel rules.

Your profile

• You have a HES bachelor's in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function.
• You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances.
• You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset.
• You have a strong interest in the field of migration.
