The Association des CPP provides support to 7 Commissions Professionnelles Paritaires in the construction sector in the canton of Vaud. In order to ensure the replacement of the person currently in post, the Association wishes to hire a/an ### CCT Compliance Analyst / Manager -- M/F at 100%Your missions * Process and analyze documents transmitted by companies as part of CCT application controls * Perform CCT compliance controls, analyze supporting documents and enter information into the dedicated platforms * Draft draft control reports and decisions, with follow-up of inherent deadlines * Take minutes of meetings according to the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure * Prepare and draft determinations on appeals for the attention of the Tribunal arbitral de la construction * Write correspondence for the attention of companies and their representatives * Inform and advise companies on the application of the CCT * Respond to requests and support the members of the CPP Your profile * Higher education or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field * Good mastery of MS Office tools * Excellent writing skills and perfect mastery of French spelling * Analytical spirit, sense of organization and ability to manage priorities * Autonomy, rigor, precision, proactivity and spirit of initiative * Good team spirit, interpersonal ease and sense of collaboration * Marked interest in the construction sector, labor law and Swiss legislation Want to join our team?
