Real Estate Broker 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active client portfolio
• Prospect to acquire new sales mandates
• Ensure complete and professional follow-up of files
• Accompany sellers and buyers until signature
• Conduct negotiations in a structured and efficient manner
• Ensure compliance with the standards and ethics of the agency
• Generate performance consistent with your objectives

Profile

• First experience in real estate brokerage required
• Experience in sales or a network exploitable in real estate
• Excellent communication and active listening
• High motivation, autonomy, and resilience to refusal
• You are domiciled in Valais, driver's license and vehicle indispensable
