Electrical Project Manager - Permanent (M/F)

Job Description

Positions to be filled in Vaud or Geneva.

Lead the technical execution of electrical construction sites (buildings, industry, tertiary, residential depending on the company's specialization)
Establish execution schedules and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors

Ensure the budgetary monitoring of the construction site (purchases, measurements, work progress reports)

Guarantee compliance with current Swiss standards (NIBT/NIN, SIA, SUVA, ESTI)

Organize and supervise the supply of electrical material
Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, sanitary, civil engineering) and mandatories (architects, engineers)

Ensure regular reporting to management and the client
Ensure safety on site and the application of SUVA/PPE instructions

Participate in site meetings and write the minutes
Manage amendments, the lifting of reservations and the acceptance of works

Profile sought

Training

CFC as a mounting electrician or equivalent, completed by training as a foreman/project manager (federal certificate or HES in electrotechnics)
Or HES engineer in electricity with field experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing electrical construction sites
Proven experience in managing teams and subcontractors

Technical skills

Mastery of NIN/NIBT and SIA standards
Reading of electrical plans and diagrams
Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, measurement software such as Messerli or equivalent)
Good knowledge of high voltage and low voltage
