Introduction

Ekip & Co Suisse Sàrl and its sister company Trucker communication Suisse Sàrl are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator Junior to strengthen its team in Switzerland. You will contribute to the development of our digital presence and that of our clients by creating engaging content and managing our various online communities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition and implementation of the editorial strategy on social networks.
• Create, write, and publish content adapted to different digital platforms.
• Produce visuals, short videos, stories, and other creative formats.
• Plan the editorial calendar and ensure the regularity of publications.
• Follow trends, platform news, and industry best practices.
• Manage communities and contribute to exchanges with users.
• Analyze content performance and propose areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on various communication projects.
• Participate in events throughout Switzerland to manage social media for our brands or those of our clients

Qualifications

• Training or initial experience in communication, digital marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar field.
• Very good understanding of the main social networks and their formats.
• Excellent writing skills in French.
• Knowledge of German, English, or Spanish is an asset.
• Creative sense, curiosity, and a strong interest in digital trends.
• Good mastery of content creation and visual or video editing tools.
• Organization, autonomy, team spirit, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Initial experience with analysis or publication scheduling tools is an advantage.
